Job Requirements
- Stand or remain in a stationary position for long periods of time (3-4 hours)
- Type on and operate computers and other office machinery
- Perform data entry and telephone operations
- Inspect and observe details at close and long range
- Frequently walk around the property to give building tours
- Possess ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English
- Read and interpret documents, reports and manuals in English
- Write routine reports and correspondence in English
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Willingness to travel to meet clients
- Ability to follow job-related instructions and perform other job duties
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant or service industry preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, provide friendly service and possess professional selling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail, meet deadlines and strong organization and presentation skills
