- Preferably college degree in business, management, or operations

- Preferably a college degree in business, management, or operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Competence in coordinating events and outreach activities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and community engagement
Job Duties
- Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
- Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
- Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
- Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
- Fulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
