Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year prior experience in sales
  • Preferably college degree in business, management, or operations

  • Preferably a college degree in business, management, or operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Competence in coordinating events and outreach activities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and community engagement

Job Duties

  • Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
  • Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
  • Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
  • Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
  • Fulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
