Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or remain stationary for long periods
- Proficient with computers and office machinery
- Ability to visually observe details at close and long range
- Frequently walk around property to give tours
- Effective communication in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to interpret documents and reports in English
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and provide friendly service
- Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail, meet deadlines, strong organizational and presentation skills
Job Duties
- Meeting and exceeding group booking goals
- Increase average daily rate and occupancy growth
- Growing market share on annual basis
- Revenue maximization and expense control
- Sales and/or events department oversight
- Maintain client relationships and networking
- Oversee event management of group bookings to ensure seamless on-property experience
