Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand or remain stationary for long periods
  • Proficient with computers and office machinery
  • Ability to visually observe details at close and long range
  • Frequently walk around property to give tours
  • Effective communication in English including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Ability to interpret documents and reports in English
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and provide friendly service
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail, meet deadlines, strong organizational and presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Meeting and exceeding group booking goals
  • Increase average daily rate and occupancy growth
  • Growing market share on annual basis
  • Revenue maximization and expense control
  • Sales and/or events department oversight
  • Maintain client relationships and networking
  • Oversee event management of group bookings to ensure seamless on-property experience
