- Handle donation requests and school partnership accounts
- Lead and execute community and in-restaurant events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of marketing areas
- Ensure timely and high-quality catering deliveries
- Manage client communication and follow-up
- Develop and implement catering systems and training
- Assist in store operations as needed
