Job Requirements
- Previous commercial support experience required
- High school education or equivalent required
- Ability to learn Salesforce and other Shaw systems required
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in conducting market research and managing prospect lists
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage priorities
- Must be proactive and have a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Job Qualifications
- Previous commercial support experience required
- High school education or equivalent required
- Ability to learn Salesforce and other Shaw systems required
- Preferred candidates live in the Denver metro area
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Design background is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide Salesforce training for new Account Managers and internal partners
- Generate comprehensive CSI reports, including revenue analysis and visualizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within CSI system and maintain data integrity
- Manage email accounts and monitor Salesforce notifications for absent Account Managers
- Collaborate with marketing to create newsletters, email blasts, and promotional items
- Support sales initiatives with business plans and promotional incentives
- Manage dealer price lists and ensure accurate data input
- Maintain accuracy and troubleshoot SFDC data
- Serve as backup for Account Managers during leave or absence
- Partner with Customer Service for new customer onboarding in Salesforce
- Manage pricing, product inquiries, and identify selling opportunities
- Provide claims management and resolve customer issues
- Recommend replacement products based on customer needs
- Act as liaison between customers and company for issue resolution
- Organize and coordinate Lunch & Learn promotional events
- Conduct market and contact research to identify prospects
- Create and manage prospect lists and document customer insights
- Log leads and update project status within territory
