Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM or lead management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some additional education in business, marketing, or sales preferred
- Minimum one year of sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with a CRM or lead management system
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Problem solving skills
Job Duties
- Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery services, property, and merchandise
- Assist families with funeral selections and attend services
- Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation
- Maintain accurate records and manage client information in CRM systems
- Conduct offsite appointments and attend community events
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to families
- Manage time and work schedule including some holidays, evenings, and weekends
