Job Requirements

  • Previous administrative, reservations, or sales experience

  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Learn and manage digital sales systems such as Reserve, Envision, Opera, Open Table, CVENT Transient and understand hotel's sales strategies
  • Assist in selling the hotel as directed by Sales Managers
  • Provide high-level administrative support including research, report preparation, and data processing
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries efficiently and pleasantly
  • Manage booking process from quotes to guest arrival coordination
  • Take initiative on projects and process improvements under supervision
  • Update and manage consortia platform websites
  • Input RFPs during RFP season
  • Meet with clients in absence of Sales Managers to convey sale details
  • Manage sales executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist Director of Luxury Sales with travel agent communications, daily reports, and guest communications
  • Serve as liaison between hotel departments
  • Support General Manager with various administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Act as a Park Hyatt brand ambassador
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
