Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant hospitality or sales experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage event logistics
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Two plus years in hospitality sales, events, or guest-focused roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with hotel management systems such as PEP or Delphi preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and events efficiently
- Creative skills for developing sales materials and social content
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Job Duties
- Source and nurture local leads through research and outreach
- Lead dynamic property tours that highlight our best features
- Own end-to-end event logistics: room blocks, BEOs, catering, AV, and follow-up
- Create compelling sales materials, mailers, and social content
- Track and share weekly metrics and celebrate wins
- Partner with colleagues across the hotel to fuel new business and execute flawless events
- Use Microsoft Office and hotel systems (PEP, Delphi, etc.) proficiently
