Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or sales coordination preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using hotel management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Willingness to learn about hotel’s food, beverage, and event services
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality sales or front desk coordination preferred
- Proficiency with digital sales and reservation systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter with excellent time management

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales calls
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal partners and external customers
- Manage room blocks, group resumes, event orders, and billing details
- Assist with pre-event, main event, and post-event coordination
- Utilize digital sales systems like Delphi, CI/TY, and PMS
- Communicate key dates to clients such as cut-off and payment deadlines
- Participate actively in internal meetings, trainings, and planning sessions
