Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or sales coordination preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Willingness to learn about hotel’s food, beverage, and event services

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality sales or front desk coordination preferred
  • Proficiency with digital sales and reservation systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales calls
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal partners and external customers
  • Manage room blocks, group resumes, event orders, and billing details
  • Assist with pre-event, main event, and post-event coordination
  • Utilize digital sales systems like Delphi, CI/TY, and PMS
  • Communicate key dates to clients such as cut-off and payment deadlines
  • Participate actively in internal meetings, trainings, and planning sessions
