Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be criminally cleared
- Must be in good physical and mental health
- Available to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with alternating weekends
- Must pass health screening including tuberculosis test
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to follow directions and problem solve
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Create human connection with potential residents and family members during stressful times
- Ensure accurate and thorough entry of lead information into the database
- Provide necessary information on senior living and next-step options to leads
- Cultivate leads through phone calls, follow-ups, tours, and home visits
- Ensure exceptional lead experiences during community tours and events
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Follow written and verbal directions and apply problem-solving skills
