Job Requirements

  • Be at least eighteen years of age
  • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record per insurance policy
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency
  • Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude loving the residents
  • Present professionalism in appearance and conduct
  • Follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
  • Be criminally cleared
  • Be in good health physically and mentally as verified by physician’s health screening and tuberculosis test

Job Duties

  • Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy with residents and family members
  • Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into database
  • Provide leads with necessary and helpful information on senior living and next-step options
  • Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits
  • Accurately catalog all lead efforts in the lead base
  • Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events
  • Act as a hospitable host for visitors and potential residents
