Job Requirements
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record per insurance policy
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency
- Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude loving the residents
- Present professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
- Be criminally cleared
- Be in good health physically and mentally as verified by physician’s health screening and tuberculosis test
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy with residents and family members
- Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into database
- Provide leads with necessary and helpful information on senior living and next-step options
- Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits
- Accurately catalog all lead efforts in the lead base
- Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events
- Act as a hospitable host for visitors and potential residents
