Job Duties

  • Create unique dining experiences by selling and upselling catering services
  • Actively participate in planning and production of catered functions
  • Coordinate smoothly with clients, sales, culinary, and operations teams
  • Manage sales activities to meet revenue objectives
  • Develop existing business and generate new sales leads
  • Provide hands-on management during events
  • Perform administrative duties including maintaining lead logs, processing proposals and banquet event orders
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and communicate account information
  • Distribute necessary sales and event communications to relevant departments
  • Assist Conference Service Manager with day-of-event functions such as signage and guest support
  • Conduct courtesy site visits
  • Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting, and banquet spaces
  • Prepare and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
  • Maintain accurate filing and organization of contracts and correspondence
  • Act as liaison between Sales and Marketing Director and other departments to ensure event success
