Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of office or clerical experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Availability to perform event day duties as needed

Job Duties

  • Create unique dining experiences by selling and up-selling catered functions
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, culinary, and operations teams to plan and produce events
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue objectives
  • Manage sales activities to achieve financial forecasts
  • Provide hands-on management during events for service and F&B operations
  • Perform administrative functions including processing correspondence, contracts, and banquet event orders
  • Act as liaison between departments to ensure smooth event coordination
  • Assist Conference Services Manager with event-day tasks such as signage posting and guest support
  • Conduct courtesy site visits
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for sales and marketing
  • Reserve and confirm rooms and event spaces
