Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to perform office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying
- Proficient with sales-related document preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work full time on-site at The US Grant hotel in San Diego
- Adherence to company policies and professional appearance
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to use sales software and perform data entry accurately
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Perform general office duties to support sales and marketing including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying
- Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- Gather materials and assemble information packages including brochures and promotional materials
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales process software including commissions, leads, and third parties
- Answer guest questions about property facilities, services, rates, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events
