Job Duties
- Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner
- maintain confidential personnel files
- track incoming leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and conversions
- prepare sales packets, promotional materials, and onboarding documents for new clients
- support event planning for sales initiatives, trade shows, or client engagement activities
- assist with resolving client issues by coordinating with appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up
- assist in preparation of end of month financial reports
- attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required
- maintain clean and safe work environment
- work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and supervisor
- perform other duties as assigned
