Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality, marketing, or communications program
- minimum one year of hotel experience
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with social media tools including Instagram and Canva
- detail-oriented and highly organized
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- familiarity with hotel CRM or PMS platforms is preferred
- availability for flexible scheduling including occasional evenings and weekends
- on-site availability required
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in hospitality, marketing, or communications
- minimum 1 year of hotel experience, preferably in a front desk or group coordinator role
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- social media savvy and familiar with tools like Instagram, Canva, and Meta Business Suite
- detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask across varied projects
- comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- experience with hotel CRM or PMS platforms (e.g., Delphi, ChoiceADVANTAGE) is a plus
- positive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Build and manage group blocks in hotel systems (PMS/ChoiceADVANTAGE and Delphi)
- assist with contracts, billing, deposits, rooming lists, and pre-arrival logistics
- prepare proposals, group resumes, BEOs, and internal documentation
- coordinate with clients and internal departments for seamless event execution
- serve as the main contact for FIT/wholesale and airline crew reservations
- maintain organized files, reports, onboarding forms, and contact databases
- draft guest communications, amenity welcome notes, and support VIP arrangements
- participate in site inspections and weekly Sales and BEO meetings
- manage the hotel's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- develop and maintain a monthly content calendar and post regularly
- capture original photo/video content and engage with social media followers
- monitor and respond to guest reviews on Google, Facebook, OTAs, and TripAdvisor
- create basic marketing materials including flyers, signage, and email campaigns
- support the 2026 Sales & Marketing Plan with research and creative input
- assist in developing the hotel's Destination Experience Plan to showcase local partnerships, seasonal attractions, and curated guest experiences
- help activate public spaces (e.g., lobby, rooftop) with engaging displays or events
