Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in sales coordination or hospitality administration preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • capability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • ability to sit for extended periods and view computer screens
  • willing to comply with licensing requirements and pass pre-employment screenings

  • ensuring accurate bookings and communication
  • coordinating special requests
  • developing and proactively meeting goals
  • maintaining office organization
  • addressing guest complaints
  • working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
