Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in administrative support roles preferred
- proficiency in computer software including word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- strong organizational skills

- ability to maintain confidentiality
- capability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide administrative and client support to assigned sales managers
- coordinate payroll and paid time off presentations for managers
- prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- promote internal and external brand image recognition
- gather materials and prepare informational packets including brochures and promotional materials
- use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information related to commissions, prospects, and third parties in sales software
- update records, files, and reservations in computer databases
- respond to guest inquiries professionally
- prepare correspondence, memorandums, and other documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
- create and maintain organizational and filing systems both digitally and physically
- comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality
- greet guests warmly and assist those with disabilities
- communicate clearly and use telephone etiquette
- cultivate positive working relationships and support team goals
- perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects under 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable job tasks assigned by supervisors
