Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior administrative experience preferred
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift, carry, push, and place objects under 10 pounds without assistance
- adherence to company policies and safety standards

- willingness to perform additional reasonable tasks as directed by supervisors

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to various hotel departments
- prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- serve as liaison between sales office and clients during event lifecycle
- ensure smooth operation and communication across departments
- adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards
- maintain professional appearance and communication
- respond appropriately to employee concerns
- report accidents, damages, and unsafe situations
- perform physical tasks such as moving items up to 10 pounds
- undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors
