Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support customer service administrative support or executive assistance
  • experience supporting sales teams or working in a high-end client-facing environment
  • strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or professionalism

Job Duties

  • serve as a primary point of contact for customers providing timely polished and professional communication
  • coordinate aircraft sales transactions by working with customers escrow agents insurers brokers vendors and internal teams
  • track and manage transaction documentation records and CRM data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • assist with aircraft viewings demonstrations delivery events and high-end customer meetings
  • help plan and execute sales events customer experiences and industry functions
  • arrange travel and concierge logistics for customers and sales staff as needed
  • act as a liaison between Sales Marketing Upgrades Customer Support and third-party partners
  • support scheduling data entry reporting and administrative needs for the Aircraft Sales team
  • handle sensitive customer and transaction information with discretion sound judgment and professionalism
