Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support customer service administrative support or executive assistance
- experience supporting sales teams or working in a high-end client-facing environment
- strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or professionalism

Job Duties
- serve as a primary point of contact for customers providing timely polished and professional communication
- coordinate aircraft sales transactions by working with customers escrow agents insurers brokers vendors and internal teams
- track and manage transaction documentation records and CRM data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- assist with aircraft viewings demonstrations delivery events and high-end customer meetings
- help plan and execute sales events customer experiences and industry functions
- arrange travel and concierge logistics for customers and sales staff as needed
- act as a liaison between Sales Marketing Upgrades Customer Support and third-party partners
- support scheduling data entry reporting and administrative needs for the Aircraft Sales team
- handle sensitive customer and transaction information with discretion sound judgment and professionalism
