- hours require Saturday and one late night per week
- previous sales experience is required
- new home sales or retail sales preferred
- must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office
- familiar with a CRM tool

Job Duties
- develop relationships with home buyers to set appointments for new home consultants
- assist customers in making personal selections for their custom homes
- coordinate special events by managing invites, confirmations, and catering needs
- prepare collateral materials for events
- follow through on all aspects of event planning
- provide exceptional customer service throughout the home selection process
- collaborate with sales and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction
