Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales coordination or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using digital sales and hotel management systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends

Job Duties
- Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales calls and respond professionally
- Deliver clear and concise communication representative of the company
- Demonstrate excellent time management and proactive planning
- Manage room blocks, reporting, client notifications, event orders, billing, and administrative booking tasks
- Assist with pre-event, main event, and post-event details and communication
- Learn and use digital sales systems and understand hotel sales strategies
- Participate in internal meetings, training, and reporting and foster teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit
