- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software

- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role (transportation, travel or service industry experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure seamless execution of daily activities
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate communications between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (marketing, operations, finance, etc.)
- Manage and track customer accounts, contracts, and renewals in CRM systems
- Support event coordination, client meetings, and trade show logistics as needed
- Assist in lead generation, follow-up activities, and pipeline management using Zoom-info and AI supports
