Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, front desk, event planning, or customer service within the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle contracts, reports, and sales documentation
  • Familiarity with hotel sales software is preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

  • Experience with handling contracts, reports, and sales documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client communication, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive guest relations
  • Familiarity with hotel sales software such as property management systems is a plus
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, banquets, or group bookings
  • Experience with social media, promotional campaigns, or local business outreach

Job Duties

  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating contracts to secure group bookings, corporate accounts, and events
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to plan and execute meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s sales system, track room block usage, generate reports, and handle billing and invoicing related to sales activities
  • Assist in marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, updating social media accounts, and supporting local networking events to attract business
  • Liaise with the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams to ensure seamless service for group reservations and special events
  • Support the achievement of hotel sales targets by actively contributing to revenue strategies, upselling services, and monitoring competitor activity
