Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • computer knowledge and skills required
  • flexible to work long hours
  • ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
  • effective verbal and written communication
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • compliance with company standards and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone and email messages accordingly
  • open and distribute mail
  • maintain and stay abreast of latest computer programs and innovations
  • file all pertinent correspondence in a timely manner
  • type all correspondence pertaining to department
  • maintain adequate inventory of office supplies
  • ensure smooth operation of the office
  • type and distribute meeting minutes
  • maintain trace files as needed
  • prepare Banquet Event Orders as per client needs
  • assist with daily operations of the Business Center
  • assist in copying, faxing, and mailing
  • greet guests, clients, and employees as necessary
  • attend meetings and training as required by management
