Job Requirements
- hours require Saturday and one late night per week
- previous sales experience is required
- new home sales or retail sales preferred
- must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office
- familiar with a CRM such as Salesforce

Job Duties
- develop relationships with home buyers to set appointments for New Home Consultants
- assist customers in making personal selections for their custom homes
- coordinate special events including sending invitations and confirming RSVPs
- prepare collateral for events and manage catering arrangements
- provide support throughout the sales process to enhance customer experience
- maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- collaborate with sales and construction teams to ensure smooth communication and process flow
