Job Requirements
- must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications
- previous audiovisual work experience is recommended
- excellent customer service skills

- detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Job Duties
- attend daily BEO meetings and update Radar with any revisions as needed
- coordinate all audio visual details including creating orders in Radar, building proposals, forwarding approvals to the end client on assigned groups
- attend site visits as needed on behalf of the Director of Event Technology
- communicate regularly with sales and event teams
- assist with AV sets and tech duties as needed
- ensure rooms are set to specification and the client is communicated to on an as-needed basis
