Job Requirements
- One year of experience in a sales marketing or coordinator role preferably within golf hospitality or leisure industry
- bachelor degree in marketing communications business administration or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
- strong working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms including social media email marketing software and website CMS
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- experience with CRM software such as Tripleseat Canva is a significant plus
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills including copywriting and proofreading
- highly organized detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- professional enthusiastic and customer focused attitude
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required for events and tournaments
- ability to work in a professional office environment using standard office equipment
- ability to occasionally stand walk or be onsite outdoors during events on the golf course for extended periods

Job Duties
- Develop coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital social email and print
- manage and update golf course website content oversee email marketing campaigns and assist with paid advertising efforts
- create curate and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
- design and produce marketing collateral ensuring brand consistency
- assist in developing relationships with local businesses hotels and community organizations for partnerships
- provide administrative support to the Sales and Food Beverage departments including leads proposals event orders contracts
- manage inbound sales inquiries via phone email and in-person
- maintain and update CRM and event management systems for data accuracy
- assist with lead qualification and follow-up activities
- gather event details create timelines specify food and beverage requirements and finalize financials with clients
- coordinate logistics for promotional and club events
- collaborate with Events team to support planning logistics and onsite execution of tournaments and private events
- assist in managing client communications from booking through execution
- monitor track and analyze marketing campaign and sales initiative performance
- prepare regular reports including marketing calendars banquet event orders change logs and pace reports
- conduct basic market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
