Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Delphi, Opera, or other CRM/sales systems preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at Black Desert Resort
- Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or special events

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers, Senior Sales Managers and Director of Sales
- Prepare contracts, proposals, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism
- Help maintain and update group booking systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar CRM)
- Assist with site visits, including preparing collateral, coordinating schedules, and hosting prospective clients
- Handle client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate follow-up
- Track leads, proposals, and contracts to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
- Maintain organized client files, records, and databases in compliance with resort standards
- Assist with the coordination of client events, group arrivals, and pre-conference meetings as needed
- Collaborate with other departments (banquets, catering, reservations, and operations) to ensure accurate communication of client needs
- Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned to support the Sales team
