Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Delphi, Opera, or other CRM/sales systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite at Black Desert Resort
  • Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or special events

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers, Senior Sales Managers and Director of Sales
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism
  • Help maintain and update group booking systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar CRM)
  • Assist with site visits, including preparing collateral, coordinating schedules, and hosting prospective clients
  • Handle client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate follow-up
  • Track leads, proposals, and contracts to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Maintain organized client files, records, and databases in compliance with resort standards
  • Assist with the coordination of client events, group arrivals, and pre-conference meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments (banquets, catering, reservations, and operations) to ensure accurate communication of client needs
  • Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned to support the Sales team
