Job Requirements

  • Hours require Saturday and one late night per week
  • previous sales experience is required
  • new home sales or retail sales preferred
  • must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office
  • familiar with CRM such as Salesforce
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Develop relationships with home buyers to set appointments for New Home Consultant
  • assist customers in making personal selections for their custom homes
  • coordinate special events including attendance calls, invitations, and RSVP confirmation
  • prepare event collateral materials
  • manage planning and follow-through for event catering needs
  • support New Home Consultant throughout the customer sales process
  • ensure a superior customer experience consistent with company standards
