Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience working in a sales-oriented role
- Experience working in logistics-oriented role
- High school diploma required
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extra languages a plus
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a sales-oriented role
- Must have operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics handling air and/or ocean shipments
- Ideal candidate has experience in pricing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerBI
- Knowledge of Cargowise is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of all regulatory ie Customs law, practices, and procedures
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
Job Duties
- Utilize JAS approved organizational resources for all quote operations
- Design and deliver quotes for our clients both internal and external
- Ensure compliance within the Company Sales Policy
- Monitor and review quote logs for win/loss ratio to drive business conversion
- Provide stakeholder guidance during client implementation of business
- Assist Regional Sales Support Manager on other tasks that may be assigned while meeting deadlines
- Ensure adherence to established productivity standards, KPIs and success ratios set by sales leadership
