Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience working in a sales-oriented role
  • Experience working in logistics-oriented role
  • High school diploma required
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Extra languages a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a sales-oriented role
  • Must have operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics handling air and/or ocean shipments
  • Ideal candidate has experience in pricing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerBI
  • Cargowise knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of all regulatory law, practices, and procedures including customs
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently

Job Duties

  • Utilize JAS approved organizational resources for all quote operations
  • Design and deliver quotes for our clients both internal and external
  • Ensure compliance within the Company Sales Policy
  • Monitor and review quote logs for win/loss ratio to drive business conversion
  • Provide stakeholder guidance during client implementation of business
  • Assist Regional Sales Support Manager on other tasks that may be assigned while meeting deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to established productivity standards, KPIs and success ratios set by sales leadership
