Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a valid US driver’s license with a good driving history
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to automotive sales environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Sales experience in any industry is a plus
  • Commission sales experience is preferred
  • Experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, or BDC is advantageous
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Social media skills to boost sales efforts
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Interact with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Present and explain vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers
  • Negotiate pricing and payment plans to close sales

  • Utilize online and internet sales tools to generate leads and manage customer inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory and promotions
