Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work 40 to 55 hours per week including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Willingness to assist customers with mattress loading
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic technology skills for using tablets and POS systems
Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Ability to work a typical retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends
Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
