Job Requirements
- availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to reset showroom floor
- ability to assist customers with loading mattress purchases
- strong customer service and communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or sales experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in using technology such as tablets and point-of-sale systems
- bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages a plus
- physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform showroom resets
- enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- leverage the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to assist customers in selecting the right mattress
- provide a relaxed and educational shopping experience focused on improving customer sleep quality
- confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using proven sales techniques
- utilize tablets and mobile point-of-sale systems to process transactions
- reset and maintain showroom floor to ensure an attractive shopping environment
- assist customers with loading mattresses into vehicles
- participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
