Job Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills and demonstrate adeptness in time management and organization
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Accumulate five years of sales experience within the industry or its equivalent
- Have the ability to stand and walk up to eight hours daily and lift/lower boxes weighing up to 50 lbs daily
- Operate a computer for up to four hours at a time
- ServeSafe Certification is preferred

Job Duties
- Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of foodservice supplies, equipment, furniture, and tabletop merchandise including their applications
- Offer customers quotes for special order products and in-stock products promptly
- Utilize a Customer Relationship Management tool to manage leads and sales calls effectively
- Foster strong working relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to establish new ones
- Set and surpass company sales quotas, thriving on the achievement of sales goals
- Stay up to date on the latest foodservice trends and technology by engaging with foodservice professionals, manufacturers, media sources, and industry trade shows
- Provide basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire, and health regulations as they pertain to connecting foodservice equipment
