Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to use hands and arms frequently for demonstrations
  • occasional bending, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs
  • reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Passionate about customer service and luxury experiences
  • comfortable speaking with people in person, over the phone, and online
  • tech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital tools
  • organized, professional, and dependable
  • able to multitask in a lively, guest-focused environment
  • bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
  • at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required
  • automotive experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greeting and engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • learning each guest's needs and helping them explore vehicles that fit their lifestyle
  • demonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drives
  • explaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership perks
  • assisting guests during delivery-setting up Bluetooth, navigation, driver assist settings, and other features
  • following up post-delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
  • coordinating with the Sales team to transition guests smoothly from introduction to purchase
  • keeping up-to-date on all Acura models, trims, and technology
  • supporting special events, product launches, and showroom presentations
