Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to use hands and arms frequently for demonstrations
- occasional bending, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs
- reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
Job Qualifications
- Passionate about customer service and luxury experiences
- comfortable speaking with people in person, over the phone, and online
- tech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital tools
- organized, professional, and dependable
- able to multitask in a lively, guest-focused environment
- bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
- at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not required
- automotive experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Greeting and engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
- learning each guest's needs and helping them explore vehicles that fit their lifestyle
- demonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drives
- explaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership perks
- assisting guests during delivery-setting up Bluetooth, navigation, driver assist settings, and other features
- following up post-delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
- coordinating with the Sales team to transition guests smoothly from introduction to purchase
- keeping up-to-date on all Acura models, trims, and technology
- supporting special events, product launches, and showroom presentations
