Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
- At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card

Job Duties
- Build and maintain partnerships with sales team
- Support sales center Operational Sales Leader
- Cover routes when needed
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to keep or attain World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery best practices
- Leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans
- Collaborate effectively with team members to win in the marketplace
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
