Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain partnerships with sales team
  • Support sales center Operational Sales Leader
  • Cover routes when needed
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to keep or attain World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery best practices
  • Leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to win in the marketplace
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
