Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • at least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • computer skills and proficiency specifically in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain partnerships with sales team
  • support sales center Operational Sales Leader
  • cover routes when needed
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to maintain world-class sales center status
  • follow Direct Store Delivery (DSD) best practices
  • leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans
  • contribute as an authentic team member
