Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
- at least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
- computer skills and proficiency specifically in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card

Job Duties
- Build and maintain partnerships with sales team
- support sales center Operational Sales Leader
- cover routes when needed
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to maintain world-class sales center status
- follow Direct Store Delivery (DSD) best practices
- leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans
- contribute as an authentic team member
