Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift merchandise up to 25 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks such as bending or stooping
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Must be able to work various shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Able to handle customer interactions and concerns courteously
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly
- Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and providing recommendations
- Promote store events and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and service requirements
- Support team and company goals through collaboration
- Frequently operate cash register and perform merchandising tasks
