Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts
  • able to operate cash registers
  • able to move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
  • able to reach and retrieve items from heights of 5-10 feet using ladders
  • able to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently
  • able to communicate effectively face-to-face and by telephone
  • able to remain in a stationary upright position for 80 percent of the time
  • able to identify and understand email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years old
  • available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts
  • comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
  • good communicator with the ability to engage customers
  • able to handle customer issues courteously and professionally
  • basic problem-solving skills
  • ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers promptly
  • understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and answering questions
  • promote store events and promotions
  • resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible
  • communicate needs to management about restocking and service requirements
  • support team and company goals to create a positive work environment
