Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts
- able to operate cash registers
- able to move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
- able to reach and retrieve items from heights of 5-10 feet using ladders
- able to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently
- able to communicate effectively face-to-face and by telephone
- able to remain in a stationary upright position for 80 percent of the time
- able to identify and understand email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts and procedures

- comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
- good communicator with the ability to engage customers
- able to handle customer issues courteously and professionally

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly
- understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and answering questions
- promote store events and promotions
- resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible
- communicate needs to management about restocking and service requirements
