Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts
- Ability to operate cash registers
- Capability to move merchandise up to 25 lbs
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders safely
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently
- Strong communication skills for customer and team interactions
- Ability to remain upright for 80 percent of the time
- Ability to understand and follow instructions related to schedules and store procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
- Good communicator able to engage with customers
- Courteous and professional in handling customer interactions and concerns
- Basic problem-solving skills through information gathering
- Ability to learn job procedures through on-the-job training
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly
- Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations
- Promote store events and promotions to customers
- Resolve customer concerns and offer alternative solutions
- Communicate merchandise restocking and customer feedback to management
- Support team and company goals collaboratively
