Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist retail management team in building team and demonstrating Christ to staff, donors, and customers
- provide friendly and joyful welcoming to customers
- assist in register transactions including cash and credit card handling
- maintain customer service standards aligned with company mission
- maintain physical appearance of store including cleaning and restocking supplies
- regularly clean fitting rooms
- assist in stocking shelves and clothing racks
- assist in setting up and changing store displays
- communicate daily customer service issues, register mistakes, employee issues, and store operations to manager
- attend training events and store meetings
- perform opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies
