Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs repetitively
- Live within 25-35 miles of San Fernando Valley, CA
- Ability to drive to secondary locations such as Central Coast, CA
- Full schedule availability required
- No relocation support available

- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID required for military base access
- Experience in retail or merchandising preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a customer-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez's visit method to cover any teammate as needed
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through merchandising guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate issues with management
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Work with Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable
