Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- live within 25-35 miles range from San Fernando Valley, CA primary location
- ability to drive to secondary locations including Central Coast, CA
- full schedule availability required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience with retail merchandising or sales preferred
- ability to use tablet technology for order placement and inventory management
- strong communication skills to liaise with store managers and internal teams
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- knowledge of grocery retail environment and merchandising standards
Job Duties
- Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez's visit method to cover any teammate as needed
- order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez's guidelines for merchandising
- ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez management team
- follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service
- enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times
