Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally

Job Duties
- Greet customers in person and via phone in a friendly and courteous manner
- Operate cash register or POS system to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash and promotions with proper procedures
- Ensure customers participate in the "Round Up" program to support Goodwill's mission
- Clean and maintain front doors, counters, glass, and sales floor areas
- Assist with store promotions including signage and customer information
- Stock, rotate, and display merchandise appropriately
- Follow safety and security practices including reporting hazards
- Train new cashiers and support team collaboration
- Manage donation processing and maintain store inventory freshness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Attend in-service training and perform duties according to Goodwill's guiding principles
