Job Requirements
- Must have prior retail keyholder, supervisory, and cash-handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with guests of all ages
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds and perform other physical tasks
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Capability to engage customers effectively and communicate product features
- Must be friendly and able to work well within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail keyholder or supervisory experience
- Experienced in cash handling and customer service
- Strong merchandising skills
- Ability to work irregular shifts including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, engaging, and outgoing personality
- Experience in product demonstration and guest interaction
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operation
- Ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever
- Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
- Support cash-handling responsibilities
- Assist with merchandising and stock management
- Proactively engage customers and demonstrate product features
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly demeanor towards guests and team members
