Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience required
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work irregular shifts on weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- Enjoy interacting with people of all ages
- Proactive and positive attitude toward customer engagement
- Ability to effectively communicate product features

- Prior retail keyholder experience
- Retail supervisory experience
- Cash-handling experience
- Strong merchandising skills
- Ability to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and engaging personality
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operation
- Ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever
- Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
- Support retail merchandising efforts and maintain store appearance
- Handle cash register and sales transactions accurately
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed
