Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail keyholder, retail supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience
- Strong merchandising skills
- Must be able to work irregular shifts on weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
- Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers in a positive, welcoming and outgoing manner
- Welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards guests, team members, and venue staff
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail keyholder experience
- Retail supervisory experience
- Cash-handling experience
- Strong merchandising skills
- Ability to work irregular shifts including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operation
- Ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever
- Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
- Support merchandising activities to maintain an attractive store environment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Train and guide sales associates to deliver excellent service
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control
